How to use Oxford Reference

The following books are included in Turku UAS Oxford Reference collection:

• The Concise Dictionary of Art Terms
• Encyclopedia of Aesthetics
• Oxford Companion to Music
• Oxford Dictionary of Music
• Oxford Companion to Western Art

How to perform a search

You can search the Oxford Reference in the search box in upper right corner. The search will cover also books that are not in Turku UAS collection. You can narrow the search to the subject specializations Music or Art and Architecture. The specializations become visible when you click the little black triangle underneath the search box.

When you have done the initial search, you can narrow your results in the left column box. Ticking the Unlocked and Free boxes will let you see only the results that are available.

The guide to accessibility of e-resources provides information on e-accessibility features, e.g. listening to e-books and e-articles.
