Students must install a FileOpen Plugin to their home computers to read standards. If the Plugin is not installed, standards can be browsed and searched but not opened.
Use either Firefox or Edge browser.
Mobile use is not supported by the service.
Encrypted file and/or error message "There was an error contacting server or the server’s response could not be decoded. Please check your internet connection. If this error persists please contact the publisher and present the text of this message."
Connection to the server confirming read access within the specified time failed. That announcement is only temporary and should resolve by the next day.
