The license agreement for RefWorks reference management tool will end on 31st December 2021 due to data protection related issues in agreement negotiations. After the end of the agreement you cannot access any of the two RefWorks versions or use references you have deposited in RefWorks.
You must export references you have deposited in Turku UAS RefWorks and want to continue using into another reference management tool by the end of the year 2021.
Library will support in using the free of charge version Mendeley reference management tool. Guide to Mendeley will be published shortly. You are welcome to join Mendeley Clinics to learn more about reference exporting to RefWorks. ICT Services installs centrally Mendeley Cite software for Word to insert citations and bibliographies into documents.

RefWorks has two add-ins (Write-N-Cite and RefWorks Citation Manager) which allow you to drop citations into Microsoft Word documents. Only the add-ins require software installations.
RefWorks by ProQuest is acquired for Turku UAS students and staff with annual license agreement. User rights apply.
RefWorks (New) has a more user-friendly interface than RefWorks Legacy. To be able to use RefWorks (New), you need to create a new account. Additional instructions are available in this guide under Creating an account and signing in.

Moving your references from the old RefWorks to the RefWorks (New) is easy. Please read the instructions Importing references to RefWorks. You might as well use both versions of RefWorks.
